Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Here's exactly how it works.

What will be deleted

Account credentials (email, phone, password hash)
Personal profile (name, date of birth)
Health records, lab reports & prescriptions
Fitness tracking data (activity, sleep, nutrition, vitals)
Appointment history & consultation records
Order history & billing address
Linked family member (dependent) profiles
Academy watch history & progress

Retained for legal compliance

Indian healthcare regulations require us to retain certain clinical records — prescriptions, lab orders, and treatment notes — for a minimum of 3–7 years after your last consultation. These records will be anonymised and isolated from your account and will not be used for any purpose other than legal compliance. All other data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

How to request data deletion

Your account is queued for deletion immediately. You will receive a confirmation SMS/email.

Email request

Send from your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered mobile number for faster verification.

What happens after your request

Within 24 hours

You receive a confirmation that your deletion request has been received and a unique reference number.

Within 7 days

Your account is deactivated. You can no longer log in and your data is not visible to any care providers.

Within 30 days

All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups, except legally retained records.

Connected via Facebook / Meta?

Deleting your Fittoria account also removes all data we received via that connection. Your Facebook account itself is not affected — manage it at facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
