Terms of Service

Fittoria Health Technologies ("Fittoria", "Company", "we", "us") operates the Fittoria platform — connecting patients with clinics, doctors, trainers, dietitians, gyms, lab partners and sellers across India.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may be added as dependent family members under an adult's account with the adult's explicit consent. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to enter into these terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and credentials.
• Notify us immediately at legal@fittoria.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

Fittoria provides the following services:

• Content on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult a qualified medical professional before making health decisions.
• In a medical emergency, call 112 (India) or go to the nearest hospital immediately — do not rely on this platform.
• Fittoria is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third-party healthcare providers.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or health information.
• Access another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users or healthcare providers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Fittoria does not store payment card details.
• Clinic consultation fees are set by individual clinics — Fittoria is not responsible for fee disputes.
• Product refunds are subject to the seller's return policy displayed at purchase.
• Payment issues should be reported to legal@fittoria.in within 7 days of the transaction.

All content — including software, design, logos, Academy videos, and text — is the property of Fittoria Health Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your personal health data remains yours. Fittoria claims no ownership over health records, reports, or information you upload.

The platform integrates with Google Meet, AWS, 2Factor, and Cashfree. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. Fittoria is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Fittoria shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Medical outcomes resulting from decisions made based on platform content.
• Loss of data due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions of third-party healthcare providers accessible through the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid Fittoria in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 — whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule, after which it is securely deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these terms to reflect legal requirements or platform changes. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
